Random question, a player of mine is playing this class for a session soon and in regards to the HP, we went with the base games D8 + Toughness and then added the + 2. Is this correct? Not that he has much health either way, but he would've had 2 hp otherwise.

That would be your base Toughness roll (3d6 as per Cy_Borg standard) plus 2!
